Refunds & Cancellation

Delivery

These are digital subscriptions. After Stripe confirms payment, access is granted to the signed-in account, usually immediately. There is no physical goods, shipping, or shipping fee.

Refunds

Within 14 calendar days of the first charge, you may email us for a full refund. Include the account email and product name.

After 14 days, the current used period is usually not refunded. We will discuss unused time or stop future renewals.

Refunds return to the original payment method. We reply within 5 business days of your email.

Cancellation

Email jqzcore@gmail.com at any time to stop renewal. Access continues through the current period. No further charges after it ends.
